About us:
Careers Springboard was first formed in 1991 to help redundant executives, managers and professionals in the Chilterns and South Bucks areas get back into work. The general model has since been adopted by executive job clubs in Bracknell, Aylesbury, West Berkshire (Newbury) and Windsor & Maidenhead. To date these groups have helped over 1000 members back into work. Each local group organises their own weekly meetings along a common format and with similar support services. All are affiliated through the Thames Valley Executive Job Club Network.
Weekly Meetings
We hold regular weekly meetings. Over three 12 week programmes each year we cover a full range of topics a job seeker needs to be familiar with to stand the best chance of getting the job they want. All who feel they might benefit from our group participation, networking and group support approach are welcome to join us.
Who is involved
The majority of our services are provided by a group of volunteers who have experience in business management at senior levels. We are familiar with the difficulties unemployment and redundancy bring and believe that networking with other people in a similar situation and gaining familiarity with some straightforward job-search techniques can greatly assist job seekers find the right job.
How to join us
As a Member
Simply turn up at one of our meetings, preferably having registered here first. Whether you decide to register first or not, you will be welcome and given the chance to experience what we do, without obligation or commitment. All our services are FREE of charge to members.
